How can I buy in the Aèdonis online store?
To make any purchase in the Aèdonis online store, just follow these simple steps:

Enter the online store www.aedonis.net

Choose the product that you like. By clicking on the product photo you can access the product file, with all the information related to it: images, description, color, price, etc.

Select the desired characteristics of the product and by clicking on ADD TO CART it will be added to the cart. Then you can choose between continuing to look and adding other products or finalizing the order.

If you wish to finalize the order you must register (you can do it here) or enter your personal account (here) if you are already registered.

You will receive an email with the order confirmation. Failure to receive the message may be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to a typing error in the email address. Always check your spam folder (spam) since some mail services can classify certain messages that are not in the address book as spam. If I buy a product and it's broken or I'm not satisfied with it, can I return it?
We are convinced of the quality and design of our products and sure that you will not want to let go of it. But if still, for some reason you want to return it you can do it without problems. We explain how here

You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. How long will my order take to be received?
WE CARE ABOUT THE PLANET - At Aedonis we prefer to opt for slightly longer delivery times in order to optimize the management, logistic and distribution of the merchandise, with the aim of considerably reducing the environmental impact.
If you agree with our choice then you will be willing to be more patient.
The usual delivery times are: 1-3 working days for order processing and 8-15 days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world (exception: pre-orders, when we don ́t have your product in stock). The approximate delivery time doesn’t commit us to its exact fulfillment, as it is a service provided by third parties not belonging to Aedonis.
Please note: if your order contains more than one item, it's very likely you will receive them separately, depending on where in our fulfillment network they happen to be located. Each package will have its own shipping code.
How does shipment work?
Each shipment has a variable cost, depending on the customer's address, or free in some promotional campaigns. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and your order will be prepared for dispatch within the following 1-3 working days. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch and handed over to our carrier we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
What payment options are available?
Aèdonis offers you the following secure payment methods:
Direct bank transfer: payment is made by credit transfer. You must indicate in the concept the name and order code that appears in the order confirmation you've received by email (this is very important to be able to quickly locate the order data). There will be 3 business days to make the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the product will be processed and shipped. PayPal: it is an accredited financial institution widely used throughout the world in online purchase transactions, which offers total security in payment. You can use an existing account or pay directly with a Visa or Mastercard. The money transfer is immediate. Once the payment is made you will receive a confirmation e-mail
Credit Card: provide your credit card details. Enter the name on the front of the card, the 16-digit card number, the expiration and the three-digit security code found on the back. Confirm the payment.
Press the “confirm” button to submit your payment. Remember not to hit the button more than once while you’re waiting for the payment confirmation page to load, otherwise you may end up getting charged twice. There will be 3 business days to make the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the product will be processed and shipped. Keep a copy of the payment confirmation that we will send you via email. These details will help you track your order and ensure the correct amount is charged to your payment account.
With the aim of giving maximum security to the payment system, Aèdonis uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data of the payment is transmitted directly and in an SSL encrypted form to the corresponding financial entity.
With the aim of collaborating with the prevention of fraud through the internet, Aèdonis reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client and adopt the right measures (including the cancellation of the order) so that the merchandise acquired is delivered according to the data contained in the order.
Can I change my order afterwards?
We've set things up so that your order will be processed and shipped within a very brief window of time. In this way we can reduce delivery times, but are unable to make any retrospective changes once your order has been completed.
What currency options are available?
You can choose to pay with the following currencies: Pounds, U.S. Dollar, Eur, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone, Hong Kong Dollar, Singapore Dollar and Japanese Yen.
Are there any taxes applicable to the products?
In accordance with current legislation, Aèdonis is obliged to charge, if applicable, VAT (Value Added Tax) to all orders. Once the purchase order has been completed, and before paying the order, a final summary will be presented identifying the item (s) purchased and the total price (including taxes and shipping).
VERY IMPORTANT: in some cases there will be other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.
