How can I buy in the Aèdonis online store?

To make any purchase in the Aèdonis online store, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter the online store www.aedonis.net

  2. Choose the product that you like. By clicking on the product photo you can access the product file, with all the information related to it: images, description, color, price, etc.

  3. Select the desired characteristics of the product and by clicking on ADD TO CART it will be added to the cart. Then you can choose between continuing to look and adding other products or finalizing the order.

  4. If you wish to finalize the order you must register (you can do it here) or enter your personal account (here) if you are already registered.

  5. Select the payment method

  6. Confirm the order

  7. You will receive an email with the order confirmation. Failure to receive the message may be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to a typing error in the email address. Always check your spam folder (spam) since some mail services can classify certain messages that are not in the address book as spam. In all cases it's advisable that you contact us through our email: info@aedonis.net

  8. If at the time of the issuance of the order any defect is detected in any of the products included in it, we'll notify you immediately.

If I buy a product and it's broken or I'm not satisfied with it, can I return it?

We are convinced of the quality and design of our products and sure that you will not want to let go of it. But if still, for some reason you want to return it you can do it without problems. We explain how here

How long will my order take to be received?

WE CARE ABOUT THE PLANET - At Aedonis we prefer to opt for slightly longer delivery times in order to optimize the management, logistic and distribution of the merchandise, with the aim of considerably reducing the environmental impact.

If you agree with our choice then you will be willing to be more patient.

The usual delivery times are: 1-3 working days for order processing and 8-15 days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world (exception: pre-orders, when we don ́t have your product in stock). The approximate delivery time doesn’t commit us to its exact fulfillment, as it is a service provided by third parties not belonging to Aedonis.

Please note: if your order contains more than one item, it's very likely you will receive them separately, depending on where in our fulfillment network they happen to be located. Each package will have its own shipping code.

How does shipment work?

Each shipment has a variable cost, depending on the customer's address, or free in some promotional campaigns. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and your order will be prepared for dispatch within the following 1-3 working days. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch and handed over to our carrier we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
